4. Draw up a feasible plan. Before starting, you should gain some understanding about your hiking destination, make a good preparation for it and formulate a detailed and feasible plan to protect yourself when hiking, such as the accommodation and the diet, which will make your hiking smoothly and cheerful.
5. Arrange your schedule reasonable. Attention to rest and health protection, you should avoid overwork. Take care of yourself and have enough rest to avoid cod and fatigue. Otherwise, tight journey will make you fatigue and influence the rest travel route and haste makes waste.
