Six tips on hiking
Hiking is not only a good way to exercise your physical and mental quality. It is also a way to increase knowledge, cultivate your taste and harden the body. Hiking is becoming more and more popular. But what should we care when hiking? Here are six tips on hiking which will make a brief introduction on hiking tips:
1. Travel light. Only bring the necessary goods for living and working. If it is summer, in order to prevent sunstroke, it is better to bring straw and kettle which are indispensable. If it is winter, wear light warm down coat, gloves and cotton padded cap in order to prevent chilblain or frostbite. Hiking may cause foot hurts and damage, you can carry about safflower oil and band-aid.
2. Wear light and fit shoes. Before you start, choose a light, fit and easy travel shoes. It is better to wear travel shoes. For safety's sake, you’d better wear the shoes before to make sure it is suitable for hiking. Otherwise, you will grinded blisters on your feet, swelling and pain which will affect your hiking.
3. Hiking according to your capability and follow the proper sequence. For the one who never experience for hiking, it is better to start with short exercise then increase the travel route gradually. When you adapt gradually and make sure, you can start a long journey for hiking.
4. Draw up a feasible plan. Before starting, you should gain some understanding about your hiking destination, make a good preparation for it and formulate a detailed and feasible plan to protect yourself when hiking, such as the accommodation and the diet, which will make your hiking smoothly and cheerful.
5. Arrange your schedule reasonable. Attention to rest and health protection, you should avoid overwork. Take care of yourself and have enough rest to avoid cod and fatigue. Otherwise, tight journey will make you fatigue and influence the rest travel route and haste makes waste.
6. Enjoy the fun of hiking. Hiking is an inspection for your physical and mental quality. Only persist and not fear of hardship and fatigue, you can realize the joy of hiking and love hiking. Remember that persist is victory.
